Mr Saunier studied Computer Science at the École Nationale des Télécomunications de Bretagne and at the University of Rennes I (France). After pursuing a doctorate, he joined Centre de Recherche Public of Luxembourg for 2 years.

From 2000 to 2004, Mr Saunier worked for On Site then Cronos Technologies on various projects for the private sector (Dexia) as well as the European Commission. In 2004 he joined Arηs Developments as Senior Analyst Developer, Delivery Manager and finally Project Director for European Commission projects. In 2009, Mr Saunier is appointed as Managing Director Luxembourg and is entering in the Management Board.

Mr Saunier was born in 1968 and is of French nationality.
