Business Objects Data Integrator Specialist (m/f)

 

 


Tasks:
The mission at our client, the European Commission, will consist of the following:
  • The analyst developer will have a strong functional and technical experience in ETL processes;
  • Analyzing data source, designing the mapping, programming of the ETL (BODI XI);
  • Realization of reporting within the framework of existing universes;
  • Optimize data flow;
  • Manage metadata;
  • Creation and management of new universes, creation of basic reports in these universes.

We expect from you:

            Personal profile:
    • You are methodical and have good analytical skills
    • Good communication skills
    • A willingness to learn new technologies
            We expect from you to have:
    • A university degree in Computer Science or other relevant discipline;
    • Proven experience in analysis and/or design of software applications (at least 2 years);
    • A minimum of one year of experience with Business Objects (BODI);
    • Proven experience in object-oriented and structured methodologies and technologies;
    • Experience in Rational Unified Process and UML is considered to be an asset;
    • Ability to work under pressure;
    • Good knowledge of Relational DB technology (Oracle) and SQL;
    • Fluency in English. Knowledge of French is an asset.
